I operate an adult site in the Onlyfans niche, basically, it's a membership-style directory site where creators can create profiles in order to promote their OF.
It has two tiers, free and paid ($20) per month.
We get the majority of traffic via Google and currently have 650+ active members with around 50 of them being in the premium section.
Our site ranks decent with 340 keywords on the first page, however, we are still working towards getting first-page results for money keywords. We are close and I do believe it's a matter of time.
We are producing a ton of content, with over 232 blog articles, we have also done work to ensure each profile page is properly optimized in order to target the creator's name, plus category pages, e.g. Asian onlyfans.
Speaking to other adult webmasters they get thousands of hits per day but currently, our website is only getting around 500 per day.
I am wondering how they generate so much traffic! Some of these sites are very basic, especially other Onlyfans sites that just scrape OF profiles across the net. I think that although these scraped pages have a lot of duplicate content the thousands of profiles they are creating are giving them a lot of topical authority.
If anyone within the adult space has any insight into this or suggestions it would be greatly appreciated to hear from you.
I have successfully ranked many ecom stores over the last 5+ years but this is my first project within the adult niche.
