Year? Type? Business Manager and Ads approval activated? etc...

or

it doesn't matter that much?

These are the factors I evaluate as being related to account quality:
- Year created: The older the better
- Country: USA, EU will usually be better than other countries
- Spending history: Of course, this is definitely a necessary factor, the more the better :)
- Payment invoice : All invoices are "Paid" NOT "Failed"
- Currency: You may not believe it, but try using 1 BRL currency account and 1 USD currency account và so sánh kết quả. :)
There are many other factors, even the way you set up your campaign will affect the quality of your account.
Good luck !

When comparing USD and BRL currencies, the better choice is BRL, because Facebook often searches for accounts with USD and EUR currencies, making those accounts easily disabled.

If you want to run black hat ads, you will need an old account with large spending history. If you want to do something else, you can use any account warmed up for a few weeks.

For black hat you should use an old aged account with a spending history, this account is strong enough for your ads to work well.

An account with a spending history is always good, but it also works effectively depending on Facebook's timing
How recent should be the spending history on the account?

You use your account to serve WH so you don't need to worry about those things

Higher the spend history without any infraction better it is.

Just an old account, campaign effectiveness depends on how you set up the campaign (content, target market,...)
Your account only helps you see if you can advertise or not
