SpotifyPanel.com why domain is not closed?

I want to open a site about spotify (maybe selling spotify related stuff) I am choosing domain name, if I include the word "spotify" will my domain be hijacked? Cause on other guys who used "tiktok" for example their domains were hijacked due to copyrighted word.
But I see "spotifypanel.com" is still there... Any idea why it still operates/

Don't recommend trademark domain registration at all,

yeah its seems already close probably because of trademark. they direct their domain to streamingmafia.com

The domain is down. I seen earlier he was suppose to sale spotify services
