First thing. Google Search Console will not help you index external backlinks on sites that you don't have control of.

Let me just say. The following tools will not help you get external URLs with links pointing to your website get indexed faster, some of them not at all and are scams.
1. Majestic: This tool provides an index of backlinks and helps you monitor their status and quality. (Just a checker)
2. Linkody: Linkody is a backlink monitoring and analysis tool that offers a backlink index checker to verify the presence of your backlinks. (Not for indexing URLS - Just a checker
3. Backlink Indexer by RankSignals: This tool helps speed up the indexing process for your backlinks on Google. (Does not work)

4. OneHourIndexing: OneHourIndexing claims to deliver fast and effective indexing for your backlinks. (SCAM)

I personally use https://www.omegaindexer.com/ and it gets the job done.

This wont work. It's an API that connects to a very old method that no longer works.

Additionally, access to the same API is available on another website for free. So the person selling this is basically scamming
