500 emails per hour per domain for shared and in vps/dedicated, there is no limit but we should not get any complaint.

I am ok with everything as long as you are obeying rules of usa as my servers are in usa and my "Data Center" don't get any complaint. I can ignore some complaints but my "Data Center" is strict.
