Hate is a great marketing strategy.
It's free advertising and free rent in someone else's mind which means they won't forget you.

It's not a great long term strategy at all.
It's certainly not free advertising.
It'll cost you your reputation and that is hard to recover from.
Also, enjoy a sharp rise in cost per acquisition if you go the hate route.
Word of mouth spreads FAST and it won't be positive in this case.
