Hi everyone, hurry time! Me want to start Spotify Stream Farm fast. Family coming soon and need baby food, girlfriend highschool no job, me work uber. Read many post say use Residential proxy, it best. No detection, no problem. Question for you is can me use VPN service (Express VPN, ProtonVPN, Nord VPN, etc.) to use instead of Residential proxy? VPN service very cheaper and faster. Is good idea for me use VPN make stream farm? why good idea or bad idea? Thanky

Using VPN services like ExpressVPN, ProtonVPN, NordVPN, and others for Spotify stream farming instead of a residential proxy has its pros and cons.

Pros of Using VPN:

  1. Cost: VPN services tend to be more affordable than buying dedicated residential proxies.
  2. Ease of Use: VPNs are relatively easy to set up and often come with user-friendly interfaces.
  3. Speed: Some VPN services can offer fast connection speeds.
Cons of Using VPN:

  1. Detectability: Popular streaming services, including Spotify, have mechanisms in place to detect and block VPN traffic. If you get caught, you might have your account banned or face other consequences.
  2. IP Address Rotation: Unlike proxy services where you can frequently change IP addresses, VPNs might not offer such a frequent rotation, making it easier for platforms to detect abnormal behavior.
  3. Limited Locations: While many VPNs offer a range of global server locations, they may not be as diverse as some specialized proxy services.
  4. Shared IPs: VPNs often use shared IPs, meaning many users access the internet using the same IP address. This can raise suspicions if multiple users are streaming from the same IP.
Why Residential Proxies Might Be Better:

  1. Less Detectable: As you mentioned, residential proxies are less detectable as they use genuine IP addresses.
  2. High Rotation: They offer a high rotation of IP addresses, which makes them ideal for tasks like web scraping, social media promotion, and stream farming.
  3. Diverse Locations: You can get IPs from specific cities or countries, which can be beneficial for geographically targeted activities.

Proxies are more reliable than VPN because they use the real IPs provided by the ISPs and you are not even detected that you are using a proxy. While on the other hand, VPN always gets detected, and your accounts can get flagged.

Do you have any proxy services you’ll recommend please?

Hi, do you have any residential proxies available for purchase, and if so, where? For about 400 devices, which proxy service do you recommend?

You can find those here on the Marketplace section, sellers are checked for legitimacy before they can post here so that's good: https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/proxies-for-sale.112/

Also, you could just make your own post instead of necro'ing two 2 year old posts.
