I thought stripe support payment pages? Maybe that feature is not available in your country. You can create a single page website if they're adamant about it.

1) No, being declined once, I know because it happened to me, you will not be declined for future businesses as long as your future businesses are allowed with Stripe.
2) Make sure your website looks legit, has all the necessary pages, pricing transparent and such. Try to verify your business and speak with support before hand, asking them whatever information they may need. Have EIN documents from IRS ready to upload as well, Stripe has a section for that when you first open an account.
3) It is possible in a sense but in most cases, Stripe Support team will ask you a few businesses questions and want a ready-made site to review before initiating payouts.
4) Important note is to keep chargeback rates low and to have invoices that "match" what you're doing. Invoices are always important to payment processors. If you can consistently show this, thats what matters.

@Project Limitless , just create any type of landing page with solid pricing, terms and agreement and privacy policy with contact information. This should suffice.

I want to ask if you have LLC, EIN! you can create stripe account from a 3rd tier country but questions is? how to make it stable and working because if 1 or 2 stripe shuts down the business.

Anything over 1%, they'll look into your account and possibly enforce a 6 month reserve. Meaning they'll hold all payments for 6 months.

No need, just make sure website A is solid with all the right info that stripe looks for, contact, pricing, privacy policy, terms, etc... Also try to make sure youre chargeback rate is low. This could trigger disputes which explain products that aren't on website A.

Making it stable from a third-tier country is not difficult. It doesn't matter what country youre in if you have a registered LLC and EIN in USA and a website that meets stripe terms. You need to make sure everything is functioning properly with chargebacks and disputes, and website.

You can with a USA Business EIN . Make sure you file officially so you get the official IRS EIN report, its called the SS4

Well, if you don't have a USA proof then you'll need to have some amazing photoshop skills, because you will need a document matching the name on the stripe account. People can do this, its just very grey area...

You can't. They'll ask for it. Even if you get away with it for registration and such. In order to have payouts and such or to get anywhere with Stripe, you'll need one.
