Can someone explain facebook business manager to me?

So basically I want to know how to set up multiple ad accounts for my 1 business which is instagram based. Just in case 1 ad account gets banned i can use the others. Thank you I would be grateful.

Thank you so much your very helpful. I just need 1 instagram account. Also is it true if they ban 1 ad account i can still use the others? Or if they disable me once its for all my ad accounts? thanks man

The create new ad account button is greyed out. Is it because this is a new account? When do I get access to create more ad accounts?

If you need several accounts, it is best to register a separate account that is not linked to the first. If Facebook disables your account, you will not be able to create new ad accounts or use your existing ad accounts. You will also not be able to access your ad account data.
