I have an excel list with a lof of companies in a specific area, do you have any recommendation if there is a scraper which would scrape company linkedin profile and a specific user profile from this company profile (e.g. business developer)?

LinkedIn is generally harder to scrape than other sites due to more strict countermeasures.
Of course it depends on volume.
For low volumes it should be possible with a custom selenium/puppeteer script with anti-detect and some manual interaction to login each time.
For larger volumes you will 100% need proxies, aged accounts and a developer who has done this kind of thing before.

when you say "specific user profile" - you mean the company page follower or Company employee?

you can use trials if its less than 20-30 profiles per month
