I'm subscribed to your service but you have not been helpful with my request. I don't want to say anything bad about rarhost yet but why is it hard for you to install gmp on php 8.1? Other hosting companies do this happily and easily, but you refused and told me to use an older version of php even though I made it clear to you that my script is based on php 8.1. This is really frustrating as my project has been grinded to a halt just because of your refusal to do what is expected of any host

Any good host should and must help their clients with simple requests, its what you're paid for.

Of what use is your hosting if you can't oblige to very simple requests that would help get your clients website up and running?

There's nothing technical about my request... I only asked you to activate gmp extension on php 8.1 that I'm using but you couldn't do it, I've never encounter such problem with other host. I can show you screenshot from other hosts where they were able to do that when I asked.

I guess I've made a mistake using an unknown, incompetent and unreliable hosting provider like rarhost.com

I just found out you've deleted most of my conversation with you on your website... wow.... Now I can't find some of the tickets I created. You couldn't install the gmp extension that I asked for and you even went ahead to delete the ticket. This says a lot about the credibility of your service.

The truth is your software is not updated... every host I used in the past has gmp extension for PHP 8.1 instead of you to admit this you're fraudulently trying to get me to upgrade to VPS for something that is readily available on all shared hosting... I'll never recommend anybody to waste their money on a shite hosting like rarhost.com
