Nowadays web applications like Facebook or Twitter often require to use URL shortening services. You can find quite easily on Google several scripts for tinyURL or Bit.ly but it's way harder when it comes to submit your url to multiple short url providers.

Here comes AllURLShortener. This simple website allows to retrieve your shorten link from 25 differents short url services. The API allows you to retrieve an array of results which comes really handy if you want to make a link rotation. Futhermore, you can find PHP scripts for each service in order to use them in your own projects. Just follow the links:

No, I assume it's my poor free hosting that have a maximum time execution of 10sec. You can try to use the api url, it works for me.

Either way, you posting the API to each of the services that you know of, that's awesome.

Unfortunatly, a lot of those services doesn't provide a simple API url, I had to use regular expression to retrieve the URL from the website.

I updated the functions for the cURL to timeout after 5sec, the form seems to work properly now.

I have heard that URL shortening websites are not search engine friendly, but this one I think is search engine friendly as I checked with some tools.
