Is PPC Arbitrage DEAD or ALIVE?

Just downloaded Google Payload and noticed its quite outdated. Alot of the sites he mentions aren't even running anymore. Is it still profitable to send PPC traffic from 2nd tier networks to parked pages?

I've been playing around with the bid estimators for searchanyway and 7search and it looks like there is some good margin to play with. I don't know however how much traffic these 2nd tier networks get....

yo see, everything depends on where you ll convert this traff. I converted it on sms pay (russian affiliates) and there was not profit. I didn't worked with US traff, so maybe... Tell me please, where did you convert it?

PPC traffic is extremely outdated and overrated due to use, abuse and saturation. It is way too easy to get traffic through solid seo to waste time on that dinosaur.

PPC is still alive and well....even on 2nd tier networks. A lot of people miss out on good traffic because they believe that PPC is a dead thing right now. I totally disagree...and I can show you a few millionaires to drive my point home. Some marketers are doing quite well on a number of quality ad networks where you can bid on a cpc basis. You just have to find the very good networks...bid on targeted kws with a nice landing page that is unique and offers value.

That is how it is done.

I'm interested in driving cheap ppc traffic from 2nd tier networks (7search, findology, searchanyway, miva, search123, etc.) to highly optimized and targetted parked pages. I'm thinking of going with SmartName for my parked pages. Their pages seem to look the most "realistic" of any parked page I've seen.

You think there is still money to be made here?

That's the same of any good site, to have targeted keywords and a nice landing page. However, I haven't seen nor heard of a good network in years. Care to share some of these jewels with us as examples?

Not busting your chops or anything, sincerely curious, as I've already stated, haven't seen a network in some time that pays more than a few cents per lead/click-thru. That's not enough to be worth the time, struggle and effort involved to work for pennies, when larger sites with products and services pay WAY more and hold up more long-term.

I know a few millionaires personally and they don't get their money from pushing $0.03 ppc leads.

I would say that buying PPC from small engines (like 7search) and directing it to MFA sites won't make you big money (tested it with hundreds of niches). PPC to CPA works of course, but requires manual work.

I think I have been mistaken. I am referring to ppc marketing as an advertiser, and not as a publisher. Of course, you won't make anything promoting and getting paid for 0.003 cents as a publisher.

But if you get on these 2nd tier networks as an advertiser, and sell offers(for example CPA network offers) via these networks, then you can actually make some pretty decent money.

ppc is 100% alive, i know guys making 3 - 7 k a month, good domains with traffic is what you need, you can also try arbitrage but depends on how you do it, might get you banned since they officially disapproved it more than a year ago

It's alive but the margins are slimer than at the height. You need to be selective on picking keywords!
