There's three big things...

1. Copy what's working (ethically) - Literally find sellers in your niche and audit everything they do. Tags, description, how they look. Order from them and see how they communicate... take note and replicate.

2. Treat your profile + gigs like you're running a hotel - You need to show value, class, professionalism, etc... If you have a terrible profile photo and all your thumbnails are half-as**ed, you need to fix this.

3. Reviews and more reviews - Obvious, but you should be shooting for at least a 60% review rate and they should all be positive.
