What kind of links are they? Not knowing those details won't help you, and some websites have spam filters that prevent search engine crawlers from indexing them.

There are some free tools like Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools that can help your backlinks get noticed by search engines, but keep in mind it takes time

How can I know if a page/blogpost cannot be indexed?

If you are not able to pay for indexing services you can try these:
-Find blogs that allow comments and putting your backlinks in their comments
-Put your backlinks in your social media accounts
-Publish YouTube videos and put your backlinks in the description

There was also a way to index your backlinks putting them in your youtube livestream but don't know if its still working
