Request a refund from LLC in USA.

Hi Guys.

Recently I brought a course from registered LLC on USA. But they did not able to delivered me the course.
But also not responding my emails.

How can I ask refund or chargeback for this LLC. I am living outside of USA.

any advice would be greatly appreciate.

If you paid via CC, file dispute with your Credit card company. They will give you form to submit.

Yes I already did that step. But my local bank advised they are not guarantied the money back.

You should be able to dispute if you used credit card.

Yes I would love to share it in here. But the seller is outside from the BHW. I am not sure weather I am allowed to post names and courses. I have to check rules and conditions of BHW.

Finally I decided to reveal the course name and creator. and he is not selling via BHW. I optin to his email newsletters.

This program us created by Duston McGroarty. and he is running a LLC called "Hill Country digital media"

I brought the course last August and after my second installment he vanished. I am still trying to get refund with the help of my local bank.
