Jr. VIP Membership requires membership of at least 60 days and 100 posts. You need to wait 5 days and to make 90 more posts.

Can someone explain this to me in Turkish?

It says 90 topics. Do I need to open a post?

Or is it okay if I comment on other topics?

No, when you post a new thread or new message under a thread count increases, but certain sections such as "BlackHat Lounge" doesnt increase the count as this is just for general conversations, and remember one thing do not try to spam the threads just to increase the message count your messages should be relevant and informative too
