My team is indexing my website but it is not showing up in Google results. The keyword on which I write articles. And when I type a keyword title, only the author name appears.
So this is my problem, what should I do, even if I am making backlinks, they are not making them.

site:url
Where url is your blog post to see its indexed.
Next search the keyword.
If the blog post is not showing in top 100 results that means your blog post is not ranking for that keyword.
Next check in gsc are you even ranking for any keywords, how many clicks per day your are getting and try to improve overall rankings. Add more blog posts and try to rank more.
Don't right away go for backinks if you are not ranking for nothing or for a very few keywords.
