Shadowbans typically last for a few weeks, but they can be longer in some cases. The best thing you can do is to continue creating.

probably dump the account and buy an aged one
with a 4g proxy + anti detect browser
You can tag people on your new posts and wait for result to see number of views generated using the tag method.

I have run over 150 tt accounts in the last 4 months if you are getting 0 views it is a content problem. I have had no problem getting "Shadow banned" I honestly dont really think Shadow banning is really a thing its more of just your account dying or if you get a bunch of community guide lines it will kill your account. So overall I would just check your content dont post on a VPN. Dont post on PC. And try to post from an Iphone. Also if you are just getting no views from the rip its also just a content problem you need to actually make decent content.

Do I need to have those people as followers or I can tag them anyway? For example, if I make a list with active people from competitor, would I be able to tag them in my post?
