Scammed by @SEPT for $540

I have been scammed by @Sept. He replied on my thread wanting to make a Ticketswap bot for me (first point of communication here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/ticketswap-bot.1538571/ )

SEPT failed to deliver on the agreed on product after full payment. He proceeded to remove all messages from Telegram and Blocking me after I had paid the full amount to his girlfriend. (see screenshots below)
I then immediately sent his girlfriend (or him under a fake name) a message that the order was not delivered. She promised to check but unfortunately he lied to her and she blocked me as well.

After this I also sent him some PM messages in which he denied everything (they will be posted below).

As seen in the PM above. I am not interested in a full refund (unless the bot does not work properly. For $530 I may expect the bot to work properly and have to proxy servers as we agreed on.
The claim I have is either sent me the bot (through a moderator so he can not claim he sent it when in fact he did not, then call me the scammer because I want my money back. I did not ask for my money back I want the bot!) If he can not deliver on the bot and the proxy server for 12 months as agreed upon I want to have a full refund! Also the falsely negative review on my page I want to have removed in case I win this despute.

Apart from those above I would like him to answer the following question:
- Give me 1 good reason to delete full conversation and block me in Telegram when YOU are certain you delivered the product and now I am coming back to scam you for the money. Please explain.

To address this matter I've never had any issues with BHW members , this guy got his script delivered on Telegram , I have video proving that bot works perfectly and achieves the tasks he asked for , after delivering it for 24h , he comes back after deleting our discussion on telegram and asks me why I didn't do delivery , he starts harassing me and telling me that he will blackmail on a BHW dispute if I dont give back the money , he tried to have the bot and his money.

PS: I always record the full bot on a video before delivering and also we had an agreement him and I on telegram that I shouldn't sell the same bot to another member and I had to delete it after delivery everything we agreed on was respected , and sad this kind of behaviors are on BHW , first time I'm having this issue.

@Sept only video I have ever seen and/or proof the bot is working is 1 small part that just does the verification login process. I have never seen the bot working.

I have just cought you in another lie @Sept, if you have deleted the program. Why did you say to me you just sent it again in the screenshots above? Which sounds weird because now you tell me you have deleted it right after delivery. Please explain yourself further.

I like to add to this. I was already blocked during the PM period on BHW so he can not use the excuse that he sent it on telegram or so. I even sent my e-mail address up there for him to sent it to. Weird that he first says i will sent it one more time and then im done. Now he says he had deleted it right after he sent it to me for the first time.

It's just funny honestly to see how hard you're going just to get a free BOT hallucinating , and this is a bad influence for other members , that'd probably start doing the same , but overall I'm only waiting for the Mods DM to close this matter.

To answer this factually, having a video of "a ticketswap bot" is not the same as delivering it. Which you claim you have done and you claim you have deleted it afterwards. But our PM messages on this forum prove otherwise.


@AlwaysAlan could you please ask this man to give me some real answers and keep it factual instead of just joking around and telling me what kind of person I am?

There are some serious lies I have pointed out, the story does not check out and all he does is throw in some slander instead of answers.

Everything you're pointing to is slander , the difference is that you're getting stories made up , with no proofs of a conversation which is something that is a red flag , I've never had to screenshot my conversations , but as a buyer I would which you didn't , you're not bringing any proofs to the table except allegations and a disturbed creative thinking , in the other hand you said that I didn't do the bot clearly which is false , and that's why I'm waiting on the mod instead of just making this dispute stalling.

Meanwhile the same hour I've PMed a MOD ( Which can be seen on your screenshots ) who told me that a dispute is already pending so why bother myself and concede to your blackmailing if justice can be made with the proofs I have , that in the other hand you don't.

Asking for a bot you already have and deny having or ( a refund ) isn't a way of blackmailing ? You've started a dispute which is disclosed publicly and weirdly you come in to a private DM with ( The guy who scammed you ) to settle things privately ?

You're claiming i blackmailed you through TG after i deleted conversation. But again, you're back into not speaking factually proven things and making things up. Its just incredible.

I am to high in emotions right now so it is not smart to respond to any more messages.
