Short or any YouTube video mostly new channel needs much promotion to gain/generate fast views/followers/subscribers on their posts.

Shorts can take multiple days to get into algorithm. I've been uploading on my channel with 0 automation/tricks. And usually had 0 views for a while before picking up. Tiktok is way faster with this from my experience.

it depends on your audience I guess. where are your views coming from? do some research on it then try to upload it in that time frame.

Give it more time.Upload high quality content consistently use low competitive keywords for that you can usevidIQ or other tools.Add eye catching hooks and add keyword in thumbnail.Try different strategies and see what's working for you.Hopefully it will help you.

Yes, you can upload as many as you want. Quality of video is the key. If you video is rubbish, no one like to watch, it will grow very very slow.
