Have you tried the facebook developers forum??

You just use a normal form, no FBML is needed? PM me your current form and I'll see if i can help.

Yes, I did; not even one script. But quite a lot of users asked for it though.

How would that work?

as the "action.php" would need to be within same server side - or would it still work if you link it to action.php from another domain to process the form?
