There are payment processors who don't care much, these are often the ones also doing payments for p*rn sites.
Or is it because you want to receive the money in USDT to avoid paying tax ?

It is not that they "don;t care what you sell" they just have different categories and many times you fall into the high risk category and the fees are bigger (p*rn is high risk)
USDT is crypto, you don't pay taxes at the moment but when you convert it into fiat currency and you withdraw the money in a bank... this is another story.
