You can use the same payment method for multiple accounts. But be aware that this is an obvious footprint.

If you're intending to game them in anyway - you risk jeopardizing your other accounts.

Sure, it does work. Although, it's hard to say for sure that's how it will continue to be in the future. If you can, consider getting VCCs like Revolut or something like that to "manage" your subscriptions with multiple different cards you can oversee.
