Not sure where to post this so I'll just do it here in the lounge. I was wondering if there's an non-KYC service where you can add several cards in the back to a main card (I think an example if this would be privacy.com). But they require KYC, any similar services out there that don't ask too many questions?

For the vcc case, a recommendation was pst.net, but I saw they ask for KYC for the 2nd top-up. Any similar services that never ask for KYC and that have the same high-quality bins as pst.net?

I don't think so there is something like this, not white label to sell at large public at least.
I am using Zen and Monese but both of them requires KYC
Are they a vendor on here? Can you provide a link? Do they have advanced BINs?
They are not bhw vendor just do a simple Google search NubiCard

Their card issueing fee is $5 and you only pay for subscription if you don't want their 1% transaction fee. I hope that is clear
