Hello good people,

This is a follow up thread to another one I made a few days back about mother-child on Instagram.

I cannot seem to understand how 4g proxies would work, practically speaking and on scale with mother child. Some people say you can manage an unlimited number of Instagram slave accounts with just ONE 4g proxy with this method : Connect proxy to a phone/emulator, manage 5 accounts on that device, then switch to another phone/emulator, request a change in the IP address of that 4g proxy and manage 5 accounts on there. Rinse and repeat.

However other people have told me that you can only manage 5 accounts on ONE 4g proxy no matter what you do. That does not make sense to me to be honest cause If I want to run 100 slave accounts (which is a medium size mother-slave scale) I would need 20 4G proxies, which cost around 80$. So a medium size scaled mother-slave farm will cost $1600 per month just for proxies, which seems ridiculous.

Can someone clarify which one of these statements are true. Any further explanation would be amazing.

Thanks in advance to any people kind enough to help out.

esentially manage 5 on one ip. If u rotate then u can manage 5 others. Point is not to do actions with 10 accounts on same ip at same time. Those that say that only 5 accs can be managed from a 4g proxy, they mean from a public bot because they can t be customised to rotate ips and so on. I do repost reels with 100 accs with a single 4g proxy

Thank you so much man, so essentially one 4g proxy is like having unlimited high quality IP addresses from what I understand?

F/UF is the cheapest strategy imo
The good old strategy but follow limit is significantly lower these days

but i wouldnt recommend running more than 1/2 accounts per ip
when 1 account gets banned on that ip, they all do

Not unlimited my friend. All these IPs share the same subnet. Meaning it will be extremely easy to link the accounts. The max that is safe for running on a 4g is 20, and to do that you have to set the accounts up to do all do actions at different times of the day, and even that's pushing it imo. It's better to play it safe. If they're slaves, the accounts will all be doing similar actions, making it easy for the accounts to be linked. This is why it's not unlimited accounts. Your best bet would be would to inquire with a 4g proxy provider, who knows what they're doing, so they can guide you to the right amount of accounts to use with their proxies.

Idk man, seems like everybody has his own experience and does different things. Thanks for your info and I will keep it in mind for sure but due to budget issues I am going to try it out and link a lot of accounts. If that gets all my accounts banned at the same time, only then I will start considering buying multiple 4g proxies. Thank you so much for the reply btw.

In addition to the IP address, there is also a geoposition that Instagram will receive from the operator’s data, if you work with 1600 accounts from one modem, this will not last long
Even if you reboot the modem for each account separately (when rebooted, the modem will receive a new IP address)
Ultimately, for each location the operator has a certain pool of IP addresses, and it can be less than 1600, in general, my experience shows that more than 100 accounts from one modem should not be launched, and no more than 10 at the same time

Okay, that makes a lot of sense. In your experience should I be able to run 50 IG accounts from one 4g Proxy, provided that I switch the ip address every 5 accounts and using android emulators? So I can have 10 emulator instances, and 5 ig accounts connected to each one. Every time I am done with an emulator instance, I will change the IP address and move onto the next one... Would that work from your experience?

I wouldn't recommend keeping 5 accounts on a single emulator. When I used to do this, I used a unique software, and as a result, Instagram saw it as if 10 different devices were connecting from the same mobile IP.

It's better to use 5 emulators; there are many options. I recommend using Memu or Nox. This way, each account will have different technical details.

Yeah I will be using memu and creating 10 different instances so that each one has different device ids, IMEI number etc. So that it identifies as 10 different unique phone devices. The on each different instance I will have 5 accounts (cause that is the recommended account number for phones). Is there something wrong in my method? Please tell me if there is

In each individual instance, there should be only one account, because in any case, you will be performing actions that may raise suspicion from Instagram towards your accounts. It's better if each account has its own set of data. Therefore, on each emulator, have only one, or a maximum of two accounts. Just run 5 emulators simultaneously.

Alright, thanks for the input I appreciate it a lot

I am willing to know about it as well and got the post where good answers are coming. Following up on the post.

which proxy providers do you recommend? also what is the best way to set up, manage and post to 20 accounts automatically?
