Send them a copy of your ID card, or drivers license

so there is no need for a credit card
there is 2 issues i should resolve to remove my limitations, the credit card and the proof of address
and under each one there is (alternative avaliable)
is that mean if i send proof of address, there is no need to a credit card ?

You need both, but you can use a debit card if you have a bank account, or a top up credit card if you dont (they are easy to get).
