There's several places you can check that sort of thing for yourself. Pixelscan and Sacamalytics comes to my mind so worth checking those out. Mostly, you'll find IP checkers but some like Pixelscan may also let you know if your connecting through a proxy for leak checks.

No, it means that it's a clean IP that can be even from IPV6 proxy (data center)

on ipinfo.io for example you can see if the connection comes from a mobile ISP or from regular (maybe resi) ISP
