Is there a way to check how safe a proxy is too use and if it is dedicated before purchase?
not affiliated: https://getipintel.net/ but you need to have the IP from the proxy to check it cause it doesn't check the proxy it checks the IPIs there a way to check how safe a proxy is too use and if it is dedicated before purchase?
There's several places you can check that sort of thing for yourself. Pixelscan and Sacamalytics comes to my mind so worth checking those out. Mostly, you'll find IP checkers but some like Pixelscan may also let you know if your connecting through a proxy for leak checks.

Thank you all if the ip doesn`t flag would that also mean they are dedicated proxies?there are a few ip check sites on google but are they
reliable is hard to say
No, it means that it's a clean IP that can be even from IPV6 proxy (data center)Thank you all if the ip doesn`t flag would that also mean they are dedicated proxies?
I see so what I am getting from this is the only way to see if a proxy is dedicated is to test them on a social media account and if it doesn`t get banned then it is good? is this correct? No, it means that it's a clean IP that can be even from IPV6 proxy (data center)
on ipinfo.io for example you can see if the connection comes from a mobile ISP or from regular (maybe resi) ISPI see so what I am getting from this is the only way to see if a proxy is dedicated is to test them on a social media account and if it doesn`t get banned then it is good? is this correct?

- Vendor Reputation:
- Research the vendor's reputation online. Check for user reviews, testimonials, and any complaints on tech forums, social media, and review platforms like Trustpilot.
- A well-established vendor with a good track record is generally more reliable.
- Transparency:
- A legitimate proxy service should have clear terms of service and a privacy policy. Make sure they don’t log your data.
- Check their location and if they are compliant with regulations that concern data privacy (like GDPR).
- Trial or Money-Back Guarantee:
- Many providers offer a trial period or a money-back guarantee. This allows you to test the proxy to see if it meets your needs and expectations.
- During this trial, you can verify if the proxy is dedicated (used only by you) by checking the IP against blacklists and monitoring the connection for any unwanted traffic.
- Technical Verification:
- Once you have access to the proxy, there are online services like "WhatIsMyIPAddress" and "GRC's ShieldsUP!" that can be used to check for any vulnerabilities or issues with the proxy.
- You can also verify if the proxy IP is already blacklisted on sites like "Blacklist Check."
- Check for Overlapping IP Addresses:
- If possible, get a list of IPs from the vendor. Then, cross-check this list with databases or tools that might show if these IPs have been used widely or are involved in dubious activities.
- Query the Provider:
- Directly ask the vendor if the proxy is dedicated or shared. A reputable provider should be straightforward about this.
- You can also inquire about the origins of their IPs (whether they own the hardware, data center partnerships, etc.).
- Price Too Good To Be True?:
- Extremely cheap prices might be tempting but can be a red flag. Dedicated proxies typically cost more than shared ones due to their exclusivity.
- Use Protective Measures:
- Even when using a proxy, always ensure you have an active firewall and antivirus software. This will offer an added layer of security.
- Ask the Community:
- There are many tech and cybersecurity forums and communities online where you can ask for advice or feedback about specific proxy providers.
