Check the FB profiles you have used to see which account is the administrator of the FB Page

Where does the page's admin permission come from the FB profile

I think there is an option to claim the page. When you visit a page, FB asks "Is this your business?" You can claim the page and they might ask you for all the necessary information for verification purposes.

You can check your facebook profile, and see which account is the admin. Then you can access that account and page easily
