Is there anyway to have a picture over an ad, maybe from adsense or something?! So that it says click "next" to continue, they click the next but they actually click the ad? Im not sure if Ive explained it too well but I think you'll get the jist

Yeah there is, but it will get your account banned in a flash. I wouldn't recommend it. .

How would they notice? Could it be placed close to the button or something? Thansk for the reply btw

They will wonder why your ctr is so damn high and they will come and look at your site and see the image over your ad. Busted..

Even if you just put the image close to your ad they will can your ass. Adsense and PPC programs in general are very strict about inflating your clicks with these types of tactics. They know what to look for and they have eyes everywhere. This is what they do, and they are very good at it.

Many people have done exactly what you are thinking about right now and they all end up banned eventually. Trust me mate, don't go down that road.

Ah well it isn't too big of a deal, I have an adsense account but havn't made any money off of it! I wouldn't do it on a huge page just small 1! Can you tell me how? I do realise your warning and appreciate your input! :)

Hey no prob :)

I'm not saying that some very few elite bh marketers don't get away with some of this kind of stuff (ie Harro's thread above), but if your just getting your feet wet with adsense it's probably not the best way to start.

If you build up a white/grey hat empire Adsense can make you a fortune, I'd just hate to see you kicking yourself in X years, thinking "why the hell did I throw my account away like that??".

Yeh true, although Im not sure if it'll work but do it on and off and hope they won't catch on..I'll give it ago as I said, I don't use adsense (aka made $0.20 in total)!

Thanks for the link!

I read through Harro's method, its good! Am I able to put adsense onto an FBML tab?

You can put adsense on a page that you iframe on a fanpage. That will do the job for you.

Errm... no you can't because you can no longer use iFrames on pages ie, <FB:iframe> no longer works :)

Then how did you say you can sell me a method on how to use an fanpage?

Because I have teh method to do it.

You used to be able to do it with a simple <fb:iframe> in a FMBL tab, however because every idiot and his dog was doing it FB put a stop to it, much like the 3-step code, which we have been able to re-create through a similar method.

So it would be possible then with what I want to do in my original post? PM me

Freedomwriter, there are still people that can use iframe in fanpages, so yes, it is possible :)
