Looking for a BIG IP pool

Hi,
I am looking for a proxy provider that has a big IP pool, rotating is fine. But it MUST have an option of 2,000 threads and unlimited bandwidth. It can be datacenter or Residential i dont mind that. The pool size should be <50,000 in the USA/Canada (EST timezone). And the proxies should also rotate every request or static is even better (I doubt there is one with a big ip pool). It should also be fairly affordable, i dont want to end up draining my wallet lol.

- Thunder Proxies
- Storm Proxies

They were not a fit for me.

if youre talking about shifter.io, i dont see how its rotating. It says 31M+ IPs but then it says 10 rotating proxies, 50 rotating proxies etc... I need to make use of the pool. I am not sure if im getting it wrong and its ports instead.
