Does anyone know about this domain problem?

my domain is registered in namebright
and using default ns (ns1.namebrightnds.com)

But NS record is not propagated even after waiting for pretty long time...
Does anyone know what's the problem?

How long is a "pretty long time"? In providers like namecheap usually its almost instant, but yesterday I had a domain from InternetBS that took the whole day to propagate..

A few years ago 1 day was okay, nowadays I'm always suspicious when it takes more then 1h..

How long did you wait? It sometimes happens that it takes 48 hours for nameservers to update. If you are waiting longer than that i would recommend you contact the hosting provider.

yes you must contact namebright’s support

Had a similar issue a while back. Check if your NS records are correctly set in Namebright's dashboard first. Sometimes, there's a misconfiguration

I am fairly sure the default nameserver is ns1.namebrightdns.com not ns1.namebrightnds.com.

Only Once. I had to contact a hosting company about NS records hanging. They did some magic and it flushed out. I don't recall what they did.

If hosting support is bad or unresponsive you could try moving NS to something like Cloudflare and testing propagation.
