Recommendation for Residential Proxy/VPN for setup in router?

Hi all, I am looking for some recommendation for residential VPN/Proxy. Usecase is that I love travelling internationally, my 2 work laptops and mobile phone are connected to Internet connection broadcasting by gl-inet router (OpenVPN) using NordVPN. I always select location as BC, Canada as my work is based in BC, Canada. Recently my work has implemented a Microsoft Sentinel/Defender system which has started to detect any IP linked to third party VPNs and started to block. Not yet happened but I afraid soon my connection will block too. They don't mind geographical location of employees but no third party VPNS are allowed. There are several internal applications that are geographical restricted.

I am looking for a residential VPN/Proxy service that I can configure in router so my IP doesn't appear as I am using any VPN service. If cost is not an issue, any recommended service or setup that can help in above scenario?

I understand your story. NordVPN is a good one in the industry and all but sometimes all you need is a 4G/5G Mobile Proxy - dedicated one ; not a VPN. So, my suggestion would be to go for 4G/5G Mobile Proxies. Now, it is important that you decide one location be it USA or Canada and then stick to it. Secondly, you won't be able to configure the mobile proxy with your router but who cares? When you can configure it with your PC/Laptop, Mobile etc. You can purchase one mobile proxy and configure both of your laptops and mobile to the proxy.

Thank you for replying, appreciated. I am looking for something that I can actually configure in router. In this way, no matter where I will go, all I will need is to connect internet in router and my VPN/Proxy connection is established. I dont have access to modify any proxy/browser settings etc on work laptops and even I do, that might be a risk of being asked for the reason of changing any seetings. So ideal setting would be to do any changes from router so computers will connect to router as usual.

Nord VPN is working great so far. I am getting a bit slow speed issue and connection drops since last couple of days because I started using TCP config file from Nord VPN instead UDP but when I was using UDP, never have had any issues. Its just NordVPN IPS are rightaway detectible, it doesn't matter even you are connected to their obfuscated servers, if you check IP in online tool such spur[.]us, it will tell you rightaway this IP belongs to Nord VPN.

You need a mobile proxy with rotating feature. also if yo could manage an anti-detect browser it will be very helpful for your situation.

Thank you everyone. Looked into all suggestion so far, still unable to get a reliable solution. I signed up, paid and tested services from OkayVPN and StarVPN. Just a honest feedback from my own experience or particular to my situation, you might get better or worst, so take it as a simple feedback
- OkayVPN- Service was good but very slow customer service, they respond question after 2-3 days and answer would be 1 or 2 words, no matter how many things you asked. Expensive service, 65USD for 20GB of monthly data cap. You can buy $3USD each additional GB. Depends on use, you could be paying $$$$ per month but their private IP was 100% undetectable.
- StarVPN, unreliable service. Their residential IPs are right-away detected as proxy by many detectors I checked. Customer service is slow but not as slow as OkayVPN. Their system is unreliable, I selected specifically region X but their system changed in few minutes my IP to region Y which defeats to whole purpose.

I would suggest buying a static residential proxy with unlimited bandwidth then using OpenVPN to use it on your computer
