i would like to get backlinks for my website, several times ordered from fiverr they never indexed sellers was high ratings.

Most of the cheap backlinks sold on Fiverr are waste and won't give you any results.

It's better to invest in different types of quality links such as niche edits, and guest posts.

There are many sellers selling quality links in the marketplace section. Check them out, and show them your website, they will suggest you good things for sure.

Stop wasting your money on fiverr spammy backlinks. Check out the marketplace, I like @Stan Fox links, just to name one service. But there are some other good ones, just browse around.

But don't blindly purchase the 1st package you find! You need to learn how SEO (well, backlinks mostly, but SEO too...) works first or you might lose the money again

As a general rule, cheap backlinks are bad, not because we say so but because google likes ruining backlinks that are easy or free to get, so they devalue them.
Also as a general rule, links that come from quality sites are good links and they will help you boost the ranking of your site if they are pointed to the right pages, with the right anchor texts, at the right pace and (preferably) if they are d0follow links and come from websites / pages that are related to the topic of your site.
