Perma-Suspend Account Appeal

Twitter has permanently suspended my verified account. I've completed the appeal form with all the necessary details, but I keep receiving this response:

"Thank you for contacting us. We cannot confirm your ownership of the account based on the details you've given. If you think your account was accessed by someone else, please submit a new support request with more detailed information about the account, so we can assist you better."

I haven't lost access to my account; I've reset my password several times. Has anyone faced a similar issue and found a solution?

Yeah, it's banned. Clearly you're doing something they don't like and decided it wasn't in their best interest to have you on it anymore

Far as I know, there's no real way to overturn that barring a change of heart from Twitter's side. Best thing to do is start over at this point.
