Modern C&B webites....if done right can be profitable but this kind of websites are a gamble.

There is a lot such sites over internet my websites got many backlinks from those .best domains but they mostly copy full my contents adding references didn’t knew it’s just that their game :v strange but interesting https://psiven-best.ngontinh24.com/article/151-no-friends-quotes-to-help-you-embrace-solitude

This website ranks because it's an expired domain previously owned by the Department of Co-operation, Government of India.

It has many backlinks from governmental websites. The other spammy backlinks are just there to hide real links.

It still has backlinks now in Gov websites like this -

Hooghly, West Bengal Gov Website backlink

There was another case of such a expired GOV domain called "mpnrc.org" which also had huge traffic and huge daily earnings ($16,500/day) . But google penalized it now.

Yeh. This guy doesn't have 1 gov site. Check backlinks you will find other gov sites he has with millions of views a month. But this site is the best.
To succeed like this, you need to have a trusted site that GG doesn't put a limit on it. Then you can spam hard.

Did you mean he also registered multiple expired domains?
