its been 2 weeks since last response and almost 3 since I placed the order. whats the point of buying refillable services if you guys do not respond in the time period they are advertised to be refilled?

You've said 2-3x that you have added us to the refill system after we ordered followers. The full amount was never received and still have yet to receive the refilled followers (3+ weeks). They were meant to be HQ old accounts (Package ID of 1750) . Not only were the accounts not high quality, they were not old accounts either (all freshly made within the last 3 months). This is also probably why we lost around 80% of the followers within a week after ordering. I have contacted the staff on numerous occasions and you guys will go weeks without responding to tickets. I have no interest in a quarrel, other than this we have had no problem with your services. We simply want to receive what we ordered. I have been patient, but it has been weeks and if this does not get resolved soon I will make a dispute thread.
