Is it true that US accounts would need advertiser verification to submit appeals if get suspended and would that be for all accounts? Is it just for US and how long would it take the other countries to be affected?

for circumventing as long as i know

Oh okay I hope so because if my accounts get suspended are either for unpaid balance or suspicious payments. I hope this not the end of us Google ads parasites

They just sent emails that they will roll it out, for now everything is like it was before

What do you mean would they do it for sure? Also do you know for what suspensions

They mention specifically "US Social Security Number" meaning most probably it's going to be inside of US only, at least at first. No clue why other people say it is going to affect all countries.
Regarding which suspension, I guess every suspension type, including suspicious payments, and except for unauthorized access. Google doesn't mention it anywhere so you will only be able to find that out in a week, when, according to their message, they roll out this process on 10th of October.
I wonder if verifying an account increases the possibilities of its unsuspension.

An update from me
Two days ago a German account of mine was suspended for suspicious payments. This was a very old account with spending history.
Yesterday we sent an appeal and today we got a message from support saying "Additional information required to process your appeal", how is shown on the screenshot I'll upload.
When we went back to google ads profile, the suspension notification changed to "to complete your appeal for suspicious payments, verify your payment info".

So far the only thing they asked was to confirm our ownership of the attached card: they conducted a small transaction with a code, so we had to go into the bank account to get it.

When it was done, they said that the verification was successful.

After all of these steps, the account wasn't unsuspended and the notification was still there. I guess we have to wait now.
I also noticed they say "Additional information required to process your appeal", and the notification of suspension says "to complete your appeal for suspicious payments, verify your payment info".
That is, we completed this process in order to just send the appeal, this ISN'T a requirement of unsuspension.

From my experience of unsuspending accounts from suspicious payments, this is the first time I see something similar, which might mean this is related to the update discussed here.
However I am not entire sure.

Any updates?

Any updates?
Yes, I received two messages some hours after that: the first one was said, in summary:
Update on your Suspicious Payments appeal: Great news, your appeal for Suspicious Payments was successful. As long as there are no other existing violations, your ads should resume serving within 24 hours.
And the second one said:
"Your Google Ads account has been reactivated
Your account was temporarily suspended to verify your billing information and policy compliance. It’s now reactivated, so your ads can start running again."

HOWEVER, for that account in particular, the appeal form looked differently. This is what it looked like:

AND today another account of mine has been suspended for suspicious payments, but the appeal form is like it usually is.
So I presume that what I have commented about isn't, actually, the result of the update but an exception which, as another person claimed in a thread I created to talk about this observation of mine, happens rarely since a lot of time.
Which means that, so far, I haven't experienced the effects of the update which this thread is about, even though I appealed both accounts after the updated, theoretically, has been implemented.

Yesterday I also appealed an account for unacceptable business policy and today received a response; it didn't ask for anything either, even though it was USA and, at the moment of appealing, wasn't advertiser verified.
