Can semrush track how many clicks for this button? Or how to know the data for the clicks?

If it is not your website, you can just estimate with semrush how much traffic that page is getting. And then you can estimate number of clicks by your industry standard. Like what's the % of people clicking a CTA button that's red. On average you can expect 1-5% clicks according to global internet standards. In some niches and depending on the source of traffic, it is possible that some websites can get 10% or more clicks.
