I already Spent ~1k3$ on this panel. I opened this thread to warn people about the terrible service here. I had a problem with over 600 Ids. The support team never resolved the problem. They just tried to prolong the warranty period. They don't even know their own service. After a week of waiting, they told me to use a refill button, which didn't exist right from the start .
Stay away from this panel to avoid encountering a situation like mine. I leave the rest to you to form your own opinion

I think if you already know about BHW, why don't you use services from the suppliers here? I find that most agencies here work very well.
