Hey there,

I'm facing a bit of a problem and could use some guidance. My home page was recently removed from Google, and I'm not quite sure how to get it back.

Here's the deal:

  • My home page got removed because of DMCA reports.
I've done some basic troubleshooting:
  1. Cleaned up any potential DMCA issues on my home page.
But my home page is still not showing up on Google.

Has anyone faced a similar situation? Any tips or insights on how to recover my home page's presence on Google would be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Best regards

You need to file a counter notice to get it back,
You can do that using the following URL: https://support.google.com/legal/contact/lr_counternotice?product=websearch&uraw=&hl=en-GB
This will take some time and it will be some pain in the a** to deal with,

Or you can change the homepage URL to "/home", "/homepage", etc... as example,
Then redirect the old homepage (main domain page only) to that page and it will reappear in the search results after a while,
Make sure to replace all existing homepage links in such case,

I would personally go with the 1st option as it will preserve full backlinks & internal links juice,
It's also better for branding, just get the work done

but all the content on my website is adult pirated content my home page isn't static every some days it have different videos
so i think the first solution won't work
btw i redirect all the links so there are no links now on my home page has DMCA report

i am not sure if the second is a good solution or also it isn't a permenant solution, may be the new link will be reported again
