Okay, I wasn't active on this forum because I was focusing on my creative agency...


I want to scale my agency to 10x more revenue than it's now...


I was doing many journeys here, but I quit them all because It didn't work...


This one is realistic, and I have a good feeling about it for the first time.


Why I am doing this?


Honestly I can't find better ways to motivate myself...

I will also do on other places not only BHW


What I want to do:


COLD OUTREACH

Making YouTube Videos in That Niche

Paid Ads (future)


I will try to make daily updates with little explanation.

nice! I think if you take like YAMM + GPT for sheets + google workspace, pick a niche, build portfolio and then send like 1k emails you should have a few clients.

DAY 1


First, thanks to everyone for wishing me good luck...


So yesterday was tough.


I was thinking finding good leads was going to be easy, and making personalized emails even easier.


But it was the opposite of that; I spent over 4 hours finding good leads (high-ticket clients), and even I spent 2 hours making


one personalized email, which is crazy for me. I used to always use the templates, but I want to have at least 40% of replies.


That's why I will one day only look for leads, and the other day I will just send emails to them while working on the already-client projects.


I have so much to do with this agency for scaling, but I will keep my mouth shut.
