How to get support from Crakrevenue ?

I have been trying for a week to get my crak revenue account looked at for support. I have used their message system, email and tried to dm @CrakRevenue but have not got a response. I have heard they will not respond or give you support until your account has made a certain amount of money. Does anyone know what that amount is? Does anyone know if it's possible to pay for support? Is there any high level affiliates that I can pay to have them ask my questions? Thanks

But my issue still hasnt been addressed. Can someone from your support team look into why none of my offers are working? My crakclicks as well as my banner ads lead to a dead page
