YouTube is still the domint force then tiktok, however if you want clickbait tiktok is no better place infact more channels have exploded on YouTube due to tiktok, why because tiktok is repeating the same formula to the audience nonstop and if the video is popular you dump into YouTube and watch it explode... It doesn't matter if you like tiktok or not it's knowing it's addictive to the user and as a metric tool informs you how to directly gage your audience.
