Hi,

ok so bought scrapebox last week seems like a good prog. I started slowly with backlinks. Yesterday I had 546 backlinks showing. Today I have just over 1000 backlinks showing. I've just checked again and now I have only 5 with none of them being from any the scrapebox did.

Anyone else lost backlinks, now I'm puzzled what did I do wrong? I used proxies although not private ones but would that be the reason?

Thanks

Probably a temporary thing. Don't panic. Just check again tomorrow. Welcome to the world of SEO. These things happen.

Wat site do you guys use to check back links? I use http://www.submitexpress.com/linkpop/ which shows I have 643 yahoo links. When I click on these to see them yahoo displays 0. AllTheWeb AltaVistaThe other search engines I looks at show I have links but when I click on any I'm unable to see my comment.

Am I missing something here? my site is http://www.completecreditsolutions.co.uk

It should be temporary and backlinks fluctuate, the reason is - some websites have "latest comments" widgets which get your link throughout their website and you get a lot of backlinks, as other people comments, you link gets replaced by their and you loose backlinks.

No backlink checker is ever going to show you all of your backlinks and they'll fluctuate.

Don't worry about it at all - keep doing what you're doing.

happens to me all the time.... varies every day then one day will settle down

how many backlinks do you add per day? I was thinking 20 a day for a new site but I could do more maybe because it takes time for the backlinks to be found. Im thinking of doing small numbers at first per day then maybe after a month do more per day. I used to promote about 50 little sites but now i am going to promote one super big site only with a lot of content, articles, i got scrapebox also i got it yesterday

I add as many as I can - which is usually in the range of 20k per day. About 1/10 to 1/4 of those make it through. And yes, Google is screwy and can appear to screw with you while you're doing links for no reason but overall, it's simply worth it to do as many as you can per day. You won't get deindexed for that, though you may get your site looked at by a real person or a bot in authority there. Dude... if I could just backlink someone out of the business I would do it to about 5 sites which rank higher than me on page 1 on several search engines for my niche. Get as many submissions as you can and pray for more backlinks and keep it up. I usually do comment posts to around 100k harvested urls at a time and I haven't had any trouble - just rank increases and other positive stuff.

I just checked your backlinks and you have 888 backlinks from 21 different C class IPs.
I checked it at
Code:
http://www.online-utility.org/webmaster/backlink_host_ip_analyzer.jsp

Anyway, fluctuation is natural, keep building links and you'll improve your ranking.

Hey that's a pretty interesting backlink analyser. Thanks.

you can also check here
PHP:
http://www.backlinkwatch.com/

but like peeps have said dont worry and you should wait at least 3 days

I would just conctrate on building more and more backlinks rather than looking back to see what sticks and what doesn't - it's much more productive to create than trying and worrying about the number of backlinks you have. As everyone says, the numbers go up and down so much.

thanks alot for the info you do 100k a day wow thanks for the inspiration i want to do that stuff too go all the way with it im using scrapebox i watched all the videos today and ordered proxies tonight so when they come through i can start i have one main site and 50 smaller ones

I use a firefox plugin to check my backlinks, it's quick. I think it's seoquake

I use seoquake as well.. but I also agree with an other poster.. haven't found anyplace that shows all of my backlinks.
