I bought a 100K credit account on Sep 20th. However, it was hacked on Sep 25th (still within the warranty period), and all account credentials were changed.

Upon purchase, I updated the delivered Google and AWS credentials and set my own email as the recovery email for the provided Google account. On Sep 25th, late at night, a warning email about account recovery was sent to my recovery email address. Within two minutes, I received successive emails warning that passwords had been changed and that recovery email address had been altered.

I have multiple AWS accounts managed similarly without issues except for this one. The hack occurred through "account recovery," suggesting no credential leaks from improper storage on my end. To my knowledge, Google accounts can be recovered using historical passwords and frequently used environments without current passwords.

The seller said he could not provide replacements but could help recover the account. I will attempt to resolve this with him and see what happens, and report back on this post.
