Hey friends, I posted this on Upwork so I figured I would post here too. Maybe I can get some good talent. Not looking for white label or outsourcing. I'm looking to hire a full time or possibly part-time employee, which means working a set shift and communicating with the rest of the team, etc.
Hours: Full time, Mon-Fri, hours can flexible depending on time zone. (possibly open to part-time as long as you can work set hours)
Note: This is a full time, 40 hours per week position. This is not a white label relationship or outsourcing relationship.
Description: We need a mid-level Facebook Ads Media Buyer to handle the ad buying for various client accounts.
Niches: DTC ecommerce, dental (specifically dental implants), med spa (specifically HRT, weight loss, botox, etc), lead generation (timeshare exit, class action lawsuits, misc.).
Hiring: Facebook Ads Media Buyer

Requirements:
- At least 60k ad spend managed in the past 12 months.
- Firm understanding of TOF, MOF, BOF account structure.
- Be able to create copy and marketing angles for ecom products.
- Be open to hearing feedback and suggestions that may improve performance (don't be a know it all).
- Be able to follow our internal processes for ad account management.
- Be a subject matter expert, able to provide ideas and explanations.
- Familiarity with onboarding clients, setting up pixel/CAPI, iOS14 best practices, and other technical things.
Daily Activities:
- Check in on the ad accounts under your management multiple times per day.
- Make adjustments to budget, bids, creative, etc., as needed each day.
- Coordinate with designers and creative team to secure the assets you need to launch ads. You can design your own, but we have creative people on staff.
- Create potential new angles and copy as needed.
- Anything else needed to make sure accounts perform and clients stay happy.
Other stuff:
- We expect you to be available during your shift for fast communication with the rest of the team. We're not looking for a white label or agency/client type of relationship.
- We will provide you with all the tools you need to do your job. Copy,ai, Adobe CC, canva, glorify, bannersnack, etc., will be provided as needed.
- Salary is depending on experience. If you're seeking a high salary relative to your location, be ready to show proof of past performance.
- We are open to hiring outside of the USA as long as you can communicate with our team. Our current offshore staff integrates seamlessly with near-perfect spoken and written English.
