How important is Rank Math Score in SEO Optimization?

On-Site SEO is a huge part of ranking. I have run reports through RankMath, and I didn't optimize majority of my articles, they are sitting at around 55-60 score. I ran some links through SEMRush and it is giving me different things to fix. What is better to focus on?
