Help Me Fix These 2 Problems I Have With Instagram Accounts Growing !!!

I face 2 problems, with my multi-niche Instagram account (Beauty, Fashion, Home), I have good traffic (2 Million accounts reached last 30 days) but on this, I got just 1,000 followers, which is so low following conversion rate, how can I increase my follower's number!?

Also through my videos, I promoted AliExpress products and I have over 100k on them but 0$ on the affiliate, so are there any new ways to make money from my audience on Instagram!?

Definitely the quality and whatever you're offering to your audience. Change it up a bit. Provide more valuable content and give people reason to follow you.

Due to multi-day posting some of the content (the most) is good quality content while the others are less quality, I also have a lower likes convertaion rate, like in one of my videos it got 1.6 Million views and i just got 37k likes, which is very very low, the same thing with followers, I don't know what is the problem, another example when I look to the same people content on the audio I use on my reel, I found they have a very higher following & likes conversation rate (Especially Instagram Real People Content Creators), so I guess I have lacked in call to action in my videos, that what I guess

Try to put a CTR when the video ends to follow you for similar content, this will help.
