Flash loans in exchanges unavailable to the user's country

So this is actually someone else's code:

I was able to compile it perfectly fine on Remix, but there's only one problem: it trades on Bancor. And US citizens cannot trade on Bancor. And I'm from the US.

So I tried to reach out to the guy that shared the code to find out what changes I make to the code, but no one has been responsive for days.

I also know you guys want me to write code from scratch, but I'm not sure what the first word to use is and stuff like that, where I'm supposed to go to figure that out, and I'm more comfortable using someone else's codes than making my own, as I would take it that theirs is proven and mine isn't. So I thought I'd follow people's leads and make it work that way. But it sounds like you're trying to tell me this isn't how it works.

Pretty straightforward. I’m trying to have flash loan funds sent to one exchange, and buy a token there, then send it to another exchange, and sell that same token there.

It looks like I would make a lot of profit. I know how to find profitable arbitrage opportunities. I just need to know how to do arbitrage flash loans.
